These terms cover your use of roomtone.webkodingtheme.com (the “Site”), published by WebKoding to present the Roomtone Shopify theme. By using the Site you accept them.

What the Site is

The Site describes the Roomtone theme, hosts its documentation and takes support requests. It is not the theme itself and it doesn't sell it. When Roomtone is available, it is installed from the Shopify Theme Store under Shopify's terms.

Demo content

Off Dial, the podcast shown in the screenshots, is fictional. Its episodes, products, prices and people are sample content. Demo photos come from Pexels and are not included with the theme.

Intellectual property

The Roomtone theme, its design and code, and the content of this Site belong to WebKoding. Roomtone is built on Shopify's Skeleton theme, which is available under the MIT license.

Shopify

Roomtone is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WebKoding is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
