This policy applies to roomtone.webkodingtheme.com (the “Site”), which WebKoding runs to present the Roomtone Shopify theme, host its documentation and take support requests. The Site does not sell anything and has no accounts.

What we collect

Only what you send through the support form: your name, email address, store URL, the topic and message, and any file you attach. We use it to answer your request and for nothing else.

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which relays your message to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email. FormSubmit processes the submission under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

Retention

Support emails are kept while we work on your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can look back at earlier conversations if the same issue returns. We don't sell, rent or share them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete anything you've sent us by emailing support@webkoding.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
